I can only assume you are saying that because you believe it's the only way it could happen and want to illustrate the absurdity of the idea. That would be quite absurd.

No, if it were to happen it would start with an indictment from a Republican prosecutor somewhere pursuant to the complaint of a police victim, and Obama would have to choose between the scandal of ignoring or undermining the indictment or answer the charges and go for an immediate dismissal in court, which he would get, then the appeals would begin, and the forgone conclusion that no higher court would touch the matter could only potentially be overcome if there was massive public outcry- not blood on the streets- just a media storm that gives the matter a life of its own and an air of legitimacy just by virtue of being the thing everyone's talking about- like the Clinton Impeachment developed
