Never happen.
Both sides have been bought by the MIC

By a vote of 355 “no” votes to 62 “yes” votes the United States House of Representatives voted down Thursday night an amendment offered by Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) to the Department of Defense Appropriations Act (HR 4870) that would have curtailed the transfer of US military equipment to local police.
looks like both parties blocked it

For the last couple of years they have been transferring the armored vehicles and handing them out to local sheriffs around the country. By they I mean the federal government. Why didn't they stop it then? I know this administration has done many outrages things but the only people who can stop them are the media & congress. Both have been silent on this issue and now it can't be kept quiet. I think these next couple of years we will start seeing, and feeling, just how far Neo-Liberal Capitalism policies are affecting our country.
