TPTB sure know how to rattle the cage. When black people get fed up, then SWHTF.

The more I am reading of this the more it sounds like this was just an above averagely dumb cop. Thats not impossibly surprising is it, that out of all the cops in the country that are hired, there can be a real dumb or bad one, that can make a mistake and/or be slightly dumb and bad? The question then is, what should the protocol be of handling this? Surely there will be a process of determining the innocence of the dead victim, but from what ive heard the kid seems to be quite the normal innocent kid, which is partly the reason for the outrage, then this is obviously at least manslaughter.

I don’t get the big deal here, this is a police radio dispatch from the larger cites PD, not the PD involved in the incident. This is commonly available information to anyone that owns a scanner, or the myriad of HAM/Scanner aficionados who regularly record police scanner broadcasts. Hardly ‘top secret’ information. Of course the dispatcher at St Louis has no idea what’s going on, the dispatcher at the local PD would be in control of that situation.

That is such a ridiculous meme. It includes the people that were justifiably shot by the police.

This recording will never hold in any court as proof while it is legal to listen to this it becomes illegal to repeat what you hear from it aka privacy. Thus repeating the recording alone breaks laws. You can bet your area the police man who shot him will walk.

Since this evidence breaks other laws involving privacy. The police will use that excuse to defend their men. But when it comes to you.. You can bet ur bottom you won't get the same treatment even if they invade your privacy due to other laws that are passed.

So that means all the information Julian Assange and Edward Snowden took and released to the public cannot be used to get them in trouble, so they did absolutely nothing illegal, because all the evidence was gotten illegally?

Justifiably shot by the police? That's quite a short list, I'm afraid.
