The only agreement and disagreement I have with other posters in this thread is whether or not it is clear that they watched the video and understood the context in which the remark highlighted by the OP of this thread - the entire point of this thread itself - was made.

The video shows a series of clips with looters and protesters .

It is unclear which group he is referring to. But it seems to be protesters.

If it was the looters oh well they were acting like animals . But if it was the protesters he is WAY out of line.

I am not convinced which he was referring to . I dont want to jump to confusion . pun intended

What people fail to understand this is all part of the progressive PTB plan. They want a police state and the people to feel divided and hopeless. They have been brainwashing the Black culture for decades. Now you can only find a few real leaders not playing the sympathy race card.

I can agree with that. You can find whole buildings and even blocks where that kind of thought is prevalent. If I said that was not the case I would be lying to you and myself. I have yet to find a whole neighborhood were only that belief was entrenched but then again I admit. The neighborhoods in Chicago and other cities I have been to are usually huge. Thank you for responding in a civilized matter. These things can be discussed without everyone calling each other names or playing the race card.

I usually come into a thread and find I agree a little with one side and a little with the other side. Which inevitably leads to everyone on all sides hating me lol. I do not support the looting or mindless rioting. I do support the protesters who are protesting the heavy handed tactics of the police. I do not support the people only being lazy and getting handouts and liking it. I do support the people who are working hard in bad neighborhoods and trying to fight to make there homes better. I also realize that their is a mix of both these types in every ghetto in America. Nothing is black and white. Nothing. The grey rules life. There are so many intricacies to every event that happens. Nothing can be summed up in simple sides and sound bites.

Which is entirely subjective on your part whether they have or not and based soley on opinion and no facts

Therefore you have no grounds to say they did or did not watch the video.

Common sense dictates that if you agreed w their interpretation you would think they watched the video

However the opposite deduction could also be made about "the rest" you ASSUME did not

Cool, I got several mentions here.

Having been involved as a LEO with both protests and riots, I can say that most people are the same.

Unless you suggest that outside peoples have come in for either the protest or the rioting/looting.

I don't blame them one bit. I am waiting for people to stand up and SHOUT HELL NO, that they have to riot, when they are not positioned to be able to be respected in forming groups, this is their way of shaking the tree very hard.

Its a lot more honest than our betrayal of our children and apathy.

We're the animals, they killed a beautiful unarmed 18 year old, the age of my middle son, who should only have been safe, walking home from a store at noon with a friend. They are beyond belief murdering scum.

And I don't blame them one bit for this reaction. At least its normal, unlike ours. To get that upset and riled up is really normal. To politely be driven off cliffs is really insane.


To be so programmed that human life is nothing compared to materialism and goods, those stores are nothing compared to that young man, nothing. All easily replaced in a decent system.

The fact that the looting and rioting came at all is what people have a problem with. They could have protested in the streets for weeks and I would have been all for it. What point is being made by stealing electronics, tennis shoes, Cheetos, and sodas?? What point is there in burning down an innocent man's building? What point does that convey, other than to give those People who do actually still buy and sell in stereotypes more ammunition against them? They are hurting their own cause AND YOU ARE CONDONING IT.

If people cared THEY WOULD STOP CONDONING this behavior that is only serving to hurt them and their neighbors. If people cared they would be telling these people to stop and think about what message they are trying to get out and if violence is one of those messages.

But no. You all are cheering them on furthering the stereotype, furthering the violence, furthering the possibility that more people will die in the street. Nobody is going to win anything if it keeps going like this. And if you can't see that side of the argument then I think we are done discussing the issue. I do not want anymore people to die in the streets. I do not want any more people to lose their businesses. I do not want any more black people put in jail because they let their emotions over ride common sense.

Keep condoning it and keep counting how many of those people are being put behind bars because of what they are doing. You aren't going to give a tinkers damn about any one of them when this is over, but they will still behind bars. Why don't you give a tinkers damn now and try to prevent them from destroying their lives over one day of rage?
