Stop bickering, if you really believe he's innocent, DO something about it. Until then, the judges have spoken: "Guilty as charged!". And that's the end of that.
Oh, actually no, it's the 1st step. The state will be in possession of the buildings in a couple of days. Let's see if the tv station can afford such a simple thing as paying a rent. It must be hard without all the blackmail money and offshore financing they got till now...

@abe froman I must commend you for seeing through all the manipulation. It's obvious there are lots of Romanians who can't do that. Justice has been served, and that's what matters the most. Especially in a country as corruption-ridden, thief-filled, manipulated by the media as Romania is.

It is going to sound harsh but you are taking as an absolute truth everything what the judges tells.If they are going to proove you that unicorns exists or that the Earth is flat,you are going to believe it.This also applies to this process.

1.He bought that field with the correct evaluation back then.Recently it has been highly overestimaed that field and now it is considered beeing bought illegaly.It is like you are going to buy an antique worth 500$ dollars and after years I will come at you,with an authencity file,that this antique is way too expensive and I request more moeny.

2.The accusation in which he telepathecaly influenced some people was a an accusation in order to not call them stupid just makes me feel sick and anyone who can judge a bit.

3.The court didn't respect the steps: the lawyers arguments and conclusions weren't considered in this process.

4.A prosecutor did a request before the process in which he tells that there is no proofs in this process,I mean that he didn't did for what he was judged..After the request,the prosecutor was arrested.

This are the main things that makes him innocent in this process.It is undeniable!
So if we talk about media moguls and their crimes.I want to remind you about Cristian Burci,the founder of some TV news channel who supports the President.He founded the first channel with money made FROM SELLING KIDS during the 90s,a short documentary made by CNN about this dirty bussiness,reveals him in that period and he talks about all the process that it takes in order to buy a kid.He was getting in between 3500-7500$ per child . He also has some cconnection with the biggest italian mafia ( don't remember it's name) . He is getting money from somewhere in order to sustain the financial support for his TV channels,because their audience is waaaay to low to support it.

Also,this guy is protected by some security guards of our president (or something like that) i don't want to give a fake information,but he is protected.He also had a butchery a long time ago in which the dead animals were thrown into the river.

Voiculescu and Antena 3 was our president's clear target and you can't deny it. This guy I had talked about did this big atrocities,waaaay more harsh then what you said about Voiculescu.Yet this guy it's still free.

And what is the connection between the Voiculescu case (remember, the "innocent" you created this thread about), his blackmail-financed tv stations and all that text you wrote up there about someone else? If a criminal roams free, must all criminals regain their freedom? As I said before, justice has been served and your "star" is now doing time. Well-deserved time behind bars. Also, his off-shore financed blackmailing tv stations don't seem to fair so well, despite their assurances...

I wrote about Cristian because i want to get more clear point about the fact that Antena 3 and Dan Voiculescu were the President's main target. Why doesn't the judges condemns Voiculescu for what he did in the commie period ? (if he did that) and not on this fake process?
Sending "criminals" in prison acusing them for false actions it's a bigger crime then killing.

I said one TV station and not stations,back then it was a future bussiness with a big profit.The money he got from the audience of that TV stations made him to make more of those.Enough money he had,from selling kids or as he was called a "baby broker" yes he could build a TV station.And from the money he got from that butchery,YES HE COULD!

I figured it out, you're just being too much in love with the idea that this dude is innocent. Don't know why and I don't care anymore.

Couple of days ago I said you must show some credentials if you continue to claim he was wrongly accused and condemned. And you continued to. So... where's that law diploma that allows you to disagree with a judge's decision?

Dude no, that's not how it works. You keep playing the "he was wrongly condemned and he's an innocent poor soul" record. I asked you to state your expertise so ATS members can see and judge for themselves if you're in the position to contest a judge's decision. So no, resorting to "it's so easy a 3rd grader could see it" does not help your cause.

The judge's decision was for a money launderer to do the time and to confiscate properties and accounts in order to recover the loss. A 60 million euros loss. Lawyers for the money launderer have used all legal, paralegal and sometimes even stretched the law to get their customer clean. They couldn't do it, they accepted their defeat and they now know it's over. That's it. Justice has been served.

I said it again,you are running low on arguments.Why don't we stop fighting,we remain with the idea that Voiculescu was sentenced for the wrong process,and a fake one too,and it had Antena 3 the main target.(again,maybe he laundered money during the commie period)
