So basically bad guy was caught , and is now going to do the time for the crime.

Also your favorite tv channel is /might be in jeopardy according to you, though some have pointed out otherwise.

Thank you . I have to really admit that I changed a bit my mind about this founder...but I am firmly convinced that this is a revenge against the TV news channel.

You continue to make no sense. How can a 10 year conviction be against a tv station? He is not their manager anymore, he passed the "throne" to his daughters.

As I said before, if the tv station will continue to pay its rent on time (like they supposedly did until now), I see no reason for them to be off the air. So it's up to them; are they savvy enough to paddle through the market without blackmail money and off-shore financing?

I always gave supporting links for what I posted. What do you have? And no, "my head hurts because it's so illogical" is not a valid argument.

I posted a damn aritcle twice wrote by the Romanian Association of Television or something like that.
And the rent you always say...there wil be no rent.

You keep using foul language. That too does not qualify as a valid argument.

Why "no rent"? Don't they have the money? They always bragged about how solid their finances are.

Ah yes, the 1 link you keep posting, frankly it means nothing. That "letter" was wrote by a woman that now has semi-permanent guest status on said tv station programmes. So guess on whose side she is?

Following your logic,this means that every renowned actors,actress,writers,important public images who shows their support for Antena 3 are brainwashed and they can't decide for themselves.Or indirectly,they are dumb...

You're making no sense. They do NOT own the building they air from. That building belonged to the convicted money launderer and accomplice to ml. The judges decided to confiscate that building, together with the land (the one bought with peanuts money 11 years ago), and also blocked some accounts until the loss is recovered. So now the building will be property of the Romanian state. For the tv station to be able to work from a building they don't own (but the state does), they'll have to either pay a rent or buy the place. Which one is it?

Edit: for anyone wondering, they're on the air now.

Wait a bit,If you found something,like a company,and you own it ( he doesn't anymore).Except the land it is build on,for what should he pay a rent ? Because he wants so,or ?
And if you reffer to THEY,at who do you reffer ?

Nope, his preferred tv station is not in jeopardy. They were renting the place before their former owner was convicted, they'll have to continue renting the place now.

About the "better president" part, I hope that too. And a personal confession: if the current prime-minister becomes president (he announced he will run. He's also a close friend and political ally of the "bad guy" we're discussing here), then my family&me will leave Romania. I honestly think that in less than 3 years after he becomes president, Romania will get out of the EU and join the "eurasian" project Putin promotes.

You're only embarassing yourself now. I presented the entire situation, how the tv station does not own the place where they air from, but they rent it. And they must continue to rent it if they want to keep their programmes on the air. Is it that hard to comprehend? Anyone?

Guys...I suggest we cool down a bit...the good news is that more of these scums are getting sent to jail (including our Mr President brother...LOL) ...for you Mr Paul th Duke I suggest you read the retired historic military general Mr Mircea Dogaru blog...there is there a 20 episodes brief and True history of the world ..so you can understand better what "orange" revolutions ..and "arab spring" and commies have to do with the actual world situation and therefore with Romania...we are just small piece of the puzzle...in the grand scheme of things...although I believe he is a little leaning towards the left side ..the colonel relates true historical facts that can be checked out ..sort of ..a view in the hidden history ...have a read and learn ...maybe you will understand better what is happening ...Peace

I got more informed now about that rent you say.
It is true what you said,but if this TV station is going to belong to the Romanian state (well played Basescu),then the state can decide to sell it or not,to give it to rent or not or even abolish it.

Conspiracy theories...hmmm...learn to read between the lines and to appreciate the true value of his knowledge ...this guy has an "inside " knowledge that scares the # out of all sides at play today ...but it's easier to classify him under the label "conspiracies" than to read and check the facts and the sources he mentions....and see for yourself how deep the rabbit hole goes...

You make me laugh,you make me laugh hard.Tonight I am going to watch a 20 min video about a media mogul as you or the other one likes to call Voiculescu,and this video is about someone who supports our president,yet he is not in jail.

If Voiculescu did what he did with the money laundering in the commie period,then this process has no logic.Look:
1.He bought that field with the correct evaluation back then.Recently it has been highly overestimaed that field and now it is considered beeing bought illegaly.It is like you are going to buy an antique worth 500$ dollars and after years I will come at you,with an authencity file,that this antique is way too expensive and I request more moeny.

2.The accusation in which he telepathecaly influenced some people was a an accusation in order to not call them stupid just makes me feel sick and anyone who can judge a bit.

3.The court didn't respect the steps: the lawyers arguments and conclusions weren't considered in this process.

4.A prosecutor did a request before the process in which he tells that there is no proofs in this process,I mean that he didn't did for what he was judged..After the request,the prosecutor was arrested.

By your opinion,this is justice ? Or you support the stalinism justice ?
