What happened to that thread where this guy was speaking on behalf of his friend and saying aliens are on this planet, and the gov. Is building something in South America. The thread was removed but why?

Nah, the aliens are too smart for all of that. They wouldn't listen to ATS at all. They have already "learned" all they needed to know centuries ago from watching our actions. That is why they don't land on the Whitehouse lawn, why they don't become our enemies or our saviors. The most they probably think is how important it will be to keep our species from spreading through the universe like a cancer.

It would only reinforce to them what Bill Watterson said:

“The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that it has never tried to contact us.”
