can't tell about the tiki it's blurred out.
the stuff on the wall imho is just graffiti.

the first is some kind of swrilly thing, you can plainly see a Capital S and a lower case t followed by another swrilly.
nothing demonic as far as boo going on here.

doesn't look demonic at all to me, in fact I never understood why people keep referring to darker colored objects and so 'demonic' I mean I don't believe in fairy tail demon beings but still if they are real they sure as hell don't look like that or any other thing we imagine, plus of all the possible evil things it could be doing it just stands there on a balcony?.

I'm guessing it got blurred out because it is a creepy ass looking puppet that nobody really wants to see when looking at Google street(gotta wonder why anybody would even buy such an ugly thing), if it really was something then it would have been removed most likely.
