System economic reset principle question

I am writing a report looking for a specific named model that entails "overloading the system through support of peoples until the system collapses" but I can't find the name anywhere.

I know it's something like Cloven-Plowfield or something like that, but unless you have the exact name, you can't find it through any kind of "fuzzy" search.

Would someone do me a solid and give me the exact name please?
