In a statement, the US Department of Homeland Security said on Sunday that Roman Valerevich Seleznyov was arrested by the Secret Service on July 5. He
had been "indicted in the Western District of Washington in March 2011 for hacking into point of sale systems at retailers throughout the United
States between October 2009 and February 2011," the department said.
Next on: Snowden was being exchanged against Seleznyov.
