Just to clarify, Windows 7 isn't out of support at the OP's stated date. Windows 7 RTM release will lose support beginning 2015, but SP1 will continue to be updated for quite some time. Here's a breakdown:


Windows 7 RTM - January 13, 2015
Windows 7 Service Pack 1 - January 14, 2020
