It makes a little sense, ISIS is apparently gaining lots of ground. I expect they are the new boogeyman and this time, they are showing them with scuds to sweeten the pot a bit. If ISIS has Syria and Iraq, and are in bed with Iran, then Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Saudi Arabia will all be in their sights and that means Israel is pooched. Worse than that however, it provides a reasonably local staging ground to attack (southern) Europe.

So, the US directly or indirectly supply ISIS with weapons or the means to acquire weapons and hence territory. Once the territory has been acquired by ISIS, the US comes in and bitch slaps them down. Acquired territories become controlled/rebuilt/annexed by US interests. Create the problem, react to the problem, generate a solution ;-)

The people don't have the stomach for more wars and that's clear and obvious, neither does the US have the money to fun a much larger conflict in the Middle East

Public opinion and the banks are never going to allow it and the US leaders & senators aren't stupid enough

ISIS is neither a Iranian creation, Iran are Shiites ISIS is Sunni THEY HATE each other

And just this alone is enough to say you're miles of with your thinking and outcome

The US will use ISIS and control and divert them via the Saudis into Iran, Russia & China IMO... Let's wait and see

It isn't a country it's something else ENTIRELY man could not manipulate all this with ANY coherency. This is something that wants to feed of what our world is, pain and suffering. I DON'T see man's nature as savage and violent.I see it as an adaptation to the environment not our instinct ,nature or wish.
What it is named doesn't matter because NO ONE would have it right.If they could DEFINE it definitively we could STOP it.

Instead we punish ourselves with dogmatic myths and endless lines of experts and mystics. While our nations parade the law and hide their evils in order to better accomplish them.
