3 Ukrainian Men Captured At US/MEX Border

BREWSTER COUNTY - Homeland security officers are still trying to determine why three Ukrainian men crossed the Texas/Mexico border and wound up in Brewster County. CBS 7 visited with the sheriff Monday afternoon who says they had quite a time trying to catch these men.

The Sheriff Deputies searched for the men for hours, calling in for assistance from a DPS helicopter and even horses to track one of the men down. Even after talking with the men, it was evidence found on one of their cell phones that really tells their story.

"Pictures indicate that they got into a ranch house, pictures on the iPhone and video on the iPhone indicate that they did cross the Rio Grande on foot and they document that much. Then right after that, there is a pi

So three people get caught and everyone wants to talk about how shifty the border is? I am confused.
This risk has always been there, for some one to come across our border from any country through mexico.
It's not like obama took down the wall that was up before he was pres.

And these are just the ones they have caught and we are hearing about. It would seem the Chinese are sending children to the new American daycare center also.

I'm surprised there were any agents to chase these guys down what with all that are quitting and babysitting.

What a well thought out act of misdirection, what kind of person use's children for there political agenda...answer, a person that would do ANYTHING to stay in power.

Don't you mean ...so THREE people get caught.
Should be. .out of thousands of people THREE get caught and that is NOT a good track record. Yeah Obama didn't take down a wall but he sure as hell didn't put one up either and has made it pretty easy to gain entry to the country.

They didn't only catch three that day, they are just the ones that got a news article since it contained the buzz word ukraine. But how does the fact that we caught three people from ukraine prove that the risk of someone coming through our border and attacking us is any greater then it ever has been?
What did he do to make it easier to gain entry?
Not about what happens after your caught, but to what did he do to the border to make it easier.

He did not cause this problem, he may not be doing enough to solve it, but what president ever did.

Not what he has done. It's what he hasn't done. Or is the fact that is was easy to get in the country before Obama became president mean that he is not responsible for the border since he took office? You think that the THREE that were caught the only ones that have come through the border?

What president ever has you ask instead of why hasn't the current president? If he were to get the border under control and make sure it was not a problem then he would be able to say that he at least did ONE thing right while he had the chance of a lifetime to make many great changes for the people he represents. But this goes on the other list of things that he did nothing about or made things worse.

Maybe Obama has foiled multiple attacks by terrorists with weapons of mass destruction?

None of them have ever done anything outside of make the situation worse. They all let them in and they all make it easy for them to stay and to get on the programs.
And no they were not, and some people got away I am sure. But that doesn't mean we are at any greater risk then we have even been in. I bet we missed someone from a bunch of different countries. Does that mean we are going to get nuked tomorrow cause we missed some?

And it is not the president that blocks the immigration reform bills, he only get's what makes it to him.....
So blame congress, if they would stop blocking every damn immigration reform bill then he might of had the chance too.

Mr. I have a phone and a pen could have made something happen ,you sound like him, putting the blame on everyone else. Obama has not come clean on any of the lies and scandals that come from his administration. But still so many people want to stick up for him. Can you tell me one thing that he promised that he made good on and actually helped American people? He is to busy trying to run other countries that he forgot to fix anything at home.

Every admin will never come clean on the lies or scandals, the white house are the masters at saving face. Or show me the shining example of a president that came clean on some scandals.

You are right, they are all bad but we can only blame the one in office that has the power to do something. .anything. . For the good of the people. That's why Obama gets the heat .He has the ability to make some kind of effort to make some kind of changes that help the country. Instead of telling lie after lie, not paying attention to his staff, stop learning of many events for the first time in the news (which is another lie ) that's why it's his fault now because he is the one that can do something and still does nothing.

Either way, the borders need closed and guarded by the military. No more ice water, no more snacks and no more diapers. Set up a twenty mile buffer zone and anyone caught will get sent to a hard labor prison for one year then after serving their time and punishment, they get taken to the capitol of Mexico and dropped off. The Mexican gov gets the bill and they will pay it. I feel sorry for americans who live in border states and have to put up with this lunacy.
