no, not at all the green color your talking about TEB it is green when burned it is also called ZIP fuel. they abandoned it a few decades ago because it left huge boron trails that radar could see and it chewed up the turbines.
the only thing that really used it was the SR-71 and it was to start its engines
what we are talking about here is an advanced form of propulsion, and it is not the fuel burning that gives it its green color.
there is a green light that disrupts NV but this is not that. to be honest im not sure exactly how it works only a very basic idea and im not going to embarrass myself trying to explain it
