Everyone thought the 33rd degree was the highest, but ATS is the hidden 34th degree. It requires a special password a false name, and a pinky swear to enter. Trust me... Well, you did mention that your horse would be upset if you got banned and I do like horses, so no worries there.

As far as your thread title goes, the answer is no.

Do we have staff members who are masons? Sure. We have something like 70 volunteer staff members. We've got masons, non masons, religious people, atheists, americans, europeans, liberals, conservatives... pretty much everything from everywhere.

We also have transparency. All staff actions are logged and reviewable by every member of staff.

As far as sites that trash us? That ship has sailed. As long as ATS has been around there has ALWAYS been at least one or two sites that will say we are "controlled" by someone. Masons, Jews, Satanists... whatever.

When people get banned they get angry. Anyone can open a website and say whatever they want.

The only thing I can say to you is if you are interested in discourse here on ATS then by all means stay and try it out. See for yourself if what these former members have said is true.

Nope. ATS is not operated by the Freemasons. There are many respected members and moderators here who are Freemasons, but i imagine that they hold such prestige due to their knowledge and posting etiquette.

Eric Dubay, the individual of whom you are talking about, was obviously banned for using ATS to promote his own materials. Additionally, his opinions of the site are flawed, especially considering he states that the site is an operation ran by Freemasons, but then also posts images claiming that ATS could be a COINTELPRO operation ran by intelligence agencies...he wouldn't post unrelated images in an article about ATS, unless he supported the assertions or thought that some truth lay behind them. Effectively, he is producing a mixed message in that while he says the site is controlled by Freemasons, he also supports the theory that ATS could be a COINTELPRO operation. Which is it?

I don't think he is a credible source. I think he was banned due to breaking ATS terms and conditions, by promoting his own material. The Freemasons do not control ATS, and i don't think you have anything to worry about. Lastly, i do think you should stop reading material from people who are only writing such things based on shaky suspicions, rather than evidence.

It's not the Masons. In fact, it's a group that's out in the open, yet no one expects.
