POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE: THIS IS A COMPONENT OF COMMON DECONTAMINANTS FOR NERVE AGENTS. IT CAN ALSO BE USED AS A BASE FOR CERTAIN BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS. POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE MAY REACT WITH WATER AND OTHER SUBSTANCES GENERATING SUFFICIENT HEAT TO IGNITE COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS. POTASSIUM CARBONATE: THIS CAN BE USED AS A PROPELLANT (A BURN RATE MODIFIER). POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE: CAN BE USED IN PREPARING HOMEMADE EXPLOSIVES A FLASH POWDER FOR IEDS (HAS BEEN USED IN IEDS FOUND IN PAKISTAN). GLYCERINE: COMPONENT IN OBSCURANTS. AMMONIUM CHLORIDE: COMPONENT IN OBSCURANTS. AMMONIUM CHLORIDE CAN BE USED AS A PROPELLANT WHEN MIXED WITH OTHER MATERIAL (SODIUM PERCHLORATE). MANGANESE: NOTHING DANGEROUS WITH THIS CHEMICAL. FORMALDEHYDE: WHEN COMBINED WITH HEXAMETHYLENETETRAMINE FORMS THE EXPLOSIVE RDX. FORMALDEHYDE CAN ALSO BE USED AS A DECONTAMINANT. NO CASUALTIES OR DAMAGES REPORTED.

Also from the OP's link:
17.05 The Chemical Weapons Convention, which Iraq joined in 2009, requires it to dispose of the material at Al Muthanna, even though it was declared unusable and "does not pose a significant security risk"
Declared by who ?
By the same people who didn't see the 'fall' of Iraq coming.

The point being that if we're going to accept the credibility of the OP's article reporting that the stockpile was found why aren't we accepting the credibility of the article when it reports the stockpile is unusable?
Confirmation bias?

The people who run this country have no credibility as they DID NOT see the events in Iraq coming.
or in Syria, or in Libya.
Because of the people who are saying they are 'unusable'.

Still trolling I see.
I said the current administration didn't see it coming.
But hey nice trolling there.
Since all those events happened under it's watch.
Syria,Libya,Iraq.
Left Iraq, and it thought it would be all rainbows and unicorns.
The Washington Post noted last December: U.S. officials are increasingly worried that Syria’s weapons of mass destruction could fall into the hands of Islamist extremists, rogue generals or other uncontrollable factions. Last week, fighters from a group that the Obama administration has branded a terrorist organization were among rebels who seized the Sheik Suleiman military base near Aleppo, where research on chemical weapons had been conducted. Rebels are also closing in on another base near Aleppo, known as Safirah, which has served as a major production center for such munitions, according to U.S. officials and analysts.
WASHINGTON – A 100-page report on an investigation turned over to the United Nations by Russia concludes that the Syrian rebels – not the Syrian government – used the nerve agent sarin in an attack in the Syrian city of Aleppo last March Read more at www.wnd.com...
WASHINGTON— Obama administration officials said they believe they must respond quickly to the Syrian government's alleged use of chemical weapons, or else the regime will deploy them again in Syria's largest city, now a key stronghold of the opposition.

So, seeing all the bickering about WMDs and Iraq, I decided to be brave and look at what should be the number one source, logically, on Iraq WMD information. The CIA:
www.cia.gov...
Scanning down it, Saddam had chemical weapons (namely mustard gas) in the 80's that he was actually using. Fine, so maybe it's old mustard gas. Another thing caught my eye though on the CIA page under "bioweapons". Saddam was performing open air bioweapons tests with the dreaded....Bacillus Subtilis. No way! Doing tests with a form of bacteria that is...sometimes found in our food supplies. That's right, this noxious bioweapon on the CIA sight may cause indigestion in some but for the rest?
It's a probiotic in healthy people.
Saddam...helping people go poo since 1988. Well, he was until he died...

It is only a matter of time before MERS becomes weaponized.
Although some say 'someone' is testing it out already which explains the outbreaks.
