Either way, it is just another way to screw the taxpayers over. Don't even get me started with the corrupt crony capitalism of medical suppliers in the US.

Sounds like a great plan for all companies in the US though. Create a bunch of smaller companies in Ireland, and just buy them out and switch your tax responsibilities to that country. Sounds like a plan!

I wonder how long until no companies actually still reside in the US(well paying taxes in the US that is).
