Yep, I do it all the time at work to cool off, as it's always hot.

Yeah, it does actually. I stand in front of a fan and do it, and the air feels instantly cooler..

You know something? This is crazy that I actually found a forum of other people who can do the same thing!! As a kid I was always able to do this. For the longest time I thought that this was something that everybody could do. I was (and still am) able to, at will, create a "charge-like" energy that starts from the back of my neck and essentially blankets my body with waves of electricity. I can even control where it goes. I can regulate it to only affect a certain section of my body.
