Fantastic.

I look forward to trying this.

As for all the people out there who don't do something purely because of 'taste.'

How backwards is your wiring?
You're on ATS because you want to change the current paradigm, yet you wont drink or eat something because it tastes bad despite knowing its healing and wholesome for the body?

Right so how is planet earth ever going to be fixed when we still have this spoilt child mentality??

Hello purplemer!

Thank you for this information! I have just written down the recipe, and watched the video.
I will definitely be making myself a batch of Golden Milk, and am excited to 'feel' the results.

I am also sending the information to my daughter, who has just become an RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist).
I will continue reading this thread, and report back once I've started drinking this golden magic, lol.

Yes, darn dragons are getting too big for their own good, lol!

Have you tried this Golden Milk? I'm really looking forward to it!
I think I will make a batch and sip it while I'm re-watching Game of Thrones episodes...sounds like fun to me!

Have not tried it yet. Waiting to get some organic 'good' stuff - to do it justice.
Sounds very positive though!

Sometimes it is just the simple things ... !

Agreed...the simple things!

I watch a lot of documentaries, especially about 'native' peoples and how they treat (and cure) themselves with natural plants and remedies.
There is nothing natural about our food anymore, and we wonder why everyone is sick and depressed.

I'm a good candidate for this lol, because I don't care if I like the taste or not. If it's good for me, if I feel results...I will continue with it.

When you do try it, you will report back too...yes?

I'm sure the OP will be happy to see some of us actually doing this!

Hi fitnessguru! Thank you for that!
And welcome!!
Your name made me think of my daughter, as she is also a personal fitness trainer (and RHN).

Timely...Hopefully the more people that try it, the more that will feel the benefits? I'm always in pain, so it would be great to find some relief.

I have suggested this to a friend with a daughter suffering with cerebral palsy.
She has undergone several operations that unfortunately have left her in constant pain.

Poor girl has just turned 18, so has it all in front of her. If this can make a difference to her quality of life-
it can only be a good thing.

Aww, nice! I knew you were a good egg!

I (for one) would be very interested in an update on this girl, in the future. I'm sure our OP would too.
I think ANY relief for any affliction is a good sign that we are on the right path.
