US goverment working on computer like the matrix !!!

ok i read this in a local news paper (dutch)
otherwise i would post the article

but in this article they claimed the
US goverment was working on some kinda computer like the matrix
people would be connected to it and then it would read their minds , emotions and whatever it was

anybody else knows more about this

I am not sure why they chose to call it a "matrix". It looks like they are collecting a lot of data from individuals and putting that in a database. They just had to use a popular buzz word I guess.

i cant say for sure since the one i saw was very short
it just said something about connecting people to computers
which would do something cant remember what it was
but it was something like reading their minds lol

exactly like the matrix is something very unlikely to happen

Because people are going coo coo about Matrix, everything single damn thing has to be related to it, especially in the news. Doesn't that make you wonder?

But replacing officals with robots with this tecnology may be useful as they say. But, they should be careful with what they plan...
