I feel Koch bros support industries and divisiveness over well being of people.

That was the same impression I was left with as well...

How to deceive a nation: distract, deceive, and divide...

In short, the Koch brothers are sociopaths who, having inherited vast wealth from daddy, have never had to toil in uncertainty, have never had to look in a mirror. Their general political scheme is to turn citizens against citizens, white against blacks, Christians against non Christians, heterosexuals against gays, class against class, etc-- to control them.

Who exactly are the koch brothers?

According to researcher Yasha Levine, part of this growth was fueled by corruption: "William Koch, the third brother who had a falling-out with Charles and David back in the '80s over Charles' sociopathic management style, appeared on "60 Minutes" in November 2000 to tell the world that Koch Industries was a criminal enterprise: "It was - was my family company. I was out of it," he says. "But that's what appalled me so much... I did not want my family, my legacy, my father's legacy to be based upon organized crime."

"Charles Koch's racket was very simple," explained William. "With its extensive oil pipe network, Koch Industries' role as an oil middleman--it buys crude from someone's well and sells it to a refinery--makes it easy to steal millions of dollars worth of oil by skimming just a little off the top of each transaction, or what they call "cheating measurements" in the oil trade. According to William, wells located on federal and Native American lands were the prime targets of the Koch scam." www.scribd.com...

It is estimated they stole $230 million.

my billionaire is better than yours.

in other news,

obama is fundraising at the home of billionaire founder of Quallcomm, irwin jacobs.
it just so happens every truck in America is required to have what is known in the trucking industry as a qualcomm, installed before may 31st. these "qualcomms" track everything from hours worked, driving time, sleeping time, speed, fuel mileage, rpms, and location.
and they cost thousands of dollars each.
oh and the newer "qualcomms" use a well known operating system can you guess witch one that is? i'll give you a hint.
you are probably using it right now, and it was also founded by a billionaire leftist crony.
kickbacks anyone?

Flagged!

Jesse wants to know of any examples about how deep their dark money pockets run that the ATS community can share with him.

I would be glad to Sir!

I partook in an ATS thread back in April, called Bill backed by Koch brothers and Monsanto to block GMO labeling laws in US

And I direct your attention specifically to my post which I shall also quote in full below ...

Ok I have found a credible connection between The Koch brothers and the Grocery Manufacturers Association.

1stly ... Koch Industries: Georgia-Pacific

Georgia-Pacific is a paper and pulp company that produces "Brawny" paper towels, "Angel Soft" toilet paper, "Mardi Gras" napkins and towels, "Quilted Northern" toilet paper and paper towels, "Dixie" paper plates, bowls, napkins and cups, "Sparkle" paper towels, and "Vanity Fair" paper napkins, bowls, plates and tablecloths. The Atlanta-based company has operations in 27 states.

2ndly ... Grocery Manufacturers Association: Members

James B. Hannan, CEO and President of Georgia-Pacific

And upon rereading the OP and the political donor list I noticed ...

Pompeo, a Republican from Kansas, has numerous ties to Charles and David Koch, heads of the formidable multinational corporation Koch Industries. He founded Thayer Aerospace (now known as Nex-Tech Aerospace) with investment funds from Koch Industries, and later was named president of Sentry International, an oilfield equipment company that partners with Koch Industries. His initial run for Congress in 2010 was also bankrolled by Koch brothers. Once in the House, the congressman introduced bills sympathetic to Koch Industries, says The Washington Post.

23 Machinists & Aerospace Workers Union $31,356,147 98% 1%

And ...

"GMA’s selection of Congressman Pompeo as their champion shows how extreme the proposal really is," said Colin O’Neil, director of government affairs for the Center for Food Safety. "Selecting Pompeo creates an unholy alliance between Monsanto and Koch Industries, two of the most reviled corporations in America."

GMA must be the ... Grocery Manufacturers Association!

So therefor ... we now have the Koch brothers controlling their puppet Mike Pompeo and he is beating the Grocery Manufacturers Association's war drum and we have the Koch brothers inside man on the board of the GMA with James B. Hannan, CEO and President of Georgia-Pacific, to act as their spokesperson.

Now as I read the source article more deeply ... It seems to link like this ...

In recent months it became apparent that powerful farming and biotechnology interest groups like Monsanto were forming a 'Coalition for Safe Affordable Food' to push a federal voluntary labeling standard for food made with genetically-modified organisms in order to in an effort to stem the tide of state legislation seeking to mandate labeling.
Read more: voiceofrussia.com...

The Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), a major food industry lobbying group and a top member of this new coalition, raised and spent the bulk of the overall $22 million that opponents of labeling sank into defeating Washington State’s ballot initiative on GMO labeling last year, which is three times the amount that proponents of labeling spent in the state.

So Monsanto sets up a Coalition of the willing to fight mandatory GMO labeling ... and the Koch brothers, behind the Grocery Manufacturers Association in the form of James B. Hannan, CEO and President of Georgia-Pacific, and behind the politics in the form of Congressman Mike Pompeo,... bankrolled $22 million to defeat Washington State’s ballot initiative on GMO labeling last year.

What do Monsanto and the Koch brothers/Industries have in common? ... They both own/run FERTILIZER businesses.

Maybe GMO foods need a lot of fertilizer

*************** end of quote ***********

Now as BABYBULL24's post points out the Koch brothers are only directly #59 on the list and this is where the head of the beast is ... but with their connections to the space industry [fertilizer makes great rocket fuel] the might have tentacles reaching as high as #23.

My post also shows that they basically own a certain politician and also have great influence in the Grocery Manufacturers Association [GMA].

I am also sure that somehow that their raising of cattle ties into their influence in the GMA and at the minimum it shows they do have a stake in the Beef industry.

It is all about subterfuge and if they can own a politician then they can also own union bosses and have them like moles and spies in all enemy ranks.

I hope this is the kind of information you were seeking!

IDK if this is relevant but the Koch brothers owned the chemical plant that leaked the poison in the water in WV. They acted like they didn't care, -like it was no big deal. Hundreds of thousands went without water and many are still afraid to drink it, but they have no choice. They then made a move for WV to pick up the water bill(bottled water to the people). The Koch brothers have their hands in almost every natural resource out there.

Seen and read enough to know the Koch brothers are capitalists out of control using every dirty trick in the book and inventing a few of their own in their search for ever increasing returns. They are the antithesis of decent human beings and belong in prison for their scams.
They have their fingers in everything, including public education.
If ever two men needed their knuckles rapped it's these 2.

The Koch brothers got where they are not by innovation and creating new products that people want, but by pumping out oil that people NEED to survive. That is a pretty nice sure fire racket to get involved in. Our civilization and world would fall apart without oil. In that sense, I don't like the idea of oil being in the hands of profiteers and should be considered a national security issue. Instead they have elevated the price for greater profits at the expense to our nation.

Northgrup Grumman like the Koch Brothers are also a private company that exist solely on our tax dollars to prop them up all for profit. Big Government is great when there are politicians to buy and profits to go after.

I used to really like Jesse Ventura and his message, I still even quote some of his better statements, but the more I see him, the more I think he is controlled opposition. I am not trying to be funny here or playing either side of the pro-con debate. Here we have a guy, totally immersed in the system that provides him a nice living, but he is telling us the system is corrupt and skewed? That's like saying I have this really great job but stating my boss is a lying ass who steals money and wants to lock me up, so don't believe anything my boss says while I collect my payday. I don't trust Ventura (I never did, but I did think he was semi-iconic) and as far as I am concerned he has very little credibility now. I mean seriously, follow the money, meaning his.

I've spoken with very intelligent people like Michio Kaku, who was a truly independent thinker and a bit of a rebel, I watched his transition during what appears to be the time he was bought out by the "system" and then do a complete 180. Maurice Strong is another, I knew him in the early 90's and back then he was pissed at the government, seriously pissed to the point he thought the lot of them should be charged with treason over the North Africa situation and now, he's done a complete 180, in the PTB/UN's pocket neck deep. People get influential and pop up on the "radar" and when that happens, they have to be turned so that they can be used by the PTB to maintain the status quo to further their agenda, rather that yours and certainly not anything that is equitable. They get the newly influential person used to a lifestyle and threaten to take it away or make it so they are financially extended and then threaten to take their income away, the 180 degree turnaround happens pretty fast. It's dirty tricks, happens all the time, even happened to me, except I didn't turn, I fought, so I am not rich and controlled.

This is just an observation of course based on my experience.

Cheers - Dave

Everything I have seen so far tells me he is a total stooge for TPTB.

Are you saying he is no longer working for the elite?

Can you give any sources for this?

He says that global government is progress. One-world government means "Type 1 civilization". And all who oppose it are "terrorists". Michio Kaku = Illuminati propaganda agent

He's a "science" shill for the NWO, always ready to spin the story whatever way the CIA, or the Pentagon, or the NSA, or the NWO spin meisters at MIT or Harvard, or Columbia, or John Hopkins, or Tavistock want him to spin it. You know this guy has to be the voice of the PTBs with all the press he gets. He’s set up as such an unchallengeable authority. Michio Kaku – New World Order Facilitator

Here we go again, we could have a discussion about why they are bad/good for America, Instead you guys need to get in the "your billionare spends more" stuff.

I not as interested in who spends more, I'd like someone to explain how crony capitalism helps me and the rest of the economy. How am I benefited by money having such an impact in the direction of my country? Am I weird for thinking national interest should come over purchased favoritism? How am I benefited by legal changes that stomp out competition? Shouldn't we all have equal say in matters of politics?

Where am I going wrong in rejecting an American Plutocracy? While you guys bicker over who spends more, we keep inching closer to it.. Can we have that discussion instead of who spends more?

How are koch and soros benefiting us? If they aren't benefiting us, can we do away with the problem?

The problem isn’t the Koch brothers necessarily. They’re just the example. The problem is the system that allows it to happen.
Of course, we should not have equal pay. That’s up to the world, and the value placed upon a job, and what you can get for doing it. But, the inequality out there is horrendous right now.
In fact, I’ll say something shocking that I’ve been dying to talk about for awhile. We’ve had the big debate on minimum wage. I think, instead of having minimum wage, we should have maximum wage. And now people are going to go nuts, but my view is that no one should be able to make over $100 million a year. If you can’t live on $100 million a year, then you should face capital punishment...and I say that, of course, tongue-in-cheek, but I mean, it is ridiculous.
When you look at Walmart, and you have the people at Walmart being subsidized to billions a year by our government because they can’t earn a living wage, while Walmart makes $16 Billion a year -- or whatever obscene price it is -- I mean come on...what’s wrong with this picture? What are they doing that could possibly warrant them that type of money?
I think instead of discussing minimum wage we should be discussing maximum wage. You have to include the owners too, not just the CEOs. The Walton family, they’re not CEOs, they just own. And the people that work there have to be government subsidized while they’re carting home billions a year? For doing what...playing golf? What do they do? Nothing. They just simply own it.
It’s pretty difficult to deal with the problem now that the Supreme Court has opened up the floodgates and made the decisions they’ve made, that corporations are the same as people, that money is free speech. The only way — and it’s happening out there, but whether it will get to that point — is you have to put it into the Constitution. You have to amend the Constitution to state that corporations do not have the rights of people, and that money explicitly is NOT free speech. That’s the only way it can be stopped.
Good luck, because the Democrats and Republicans are the ones who have to do it for you. And they’re unreliable, because they’re part of the problem, not the solution. But that’s the only way it could be accomplished is to amend the Constitution and then, of course, the government would have to respect the Constitution — which they haven’t done since 9/11. It’s a pretty tough situation we’re looking at in this instance.

Look at www.muckety.com type in Charles or David Kochs name. It is not the money that they spend lobbying it is the money they spend at the Cato Institute or the Heritage Foundation or Americans for Prosperity. It is not just the money they spend on big races look at the Iron County Board of Supervisor race in WI, look at the Columbus Zoo Levy, look at how they are involved in these secondary and tertiary groups then form your own opinion.

From Jesse:

If someone's investing money, they want something in return. People like that don't do it out of the kindness of their hearts – they buy influence. And when they spend money to that level, they buy influence to what goes on. That’s the game they play – that’s called power. Money gives you power. And that’s how they exercise the power, through money. As Deep Throat said in the bowels of the parking ramp in All The President's Men: follow the money. Generally, if you use that attitude it will lead you to the results – following the money. Everything's money driven.

I don't know why everyone keeps acting surprised when they hear everything is about money. Yes that includes all institutions (churches). It's not like we didn't ask for this. We can't all start acting surprised when we see the bitter fruits of our complacency. Did we not all pledge allegiance to a capitalist state as children. Capitalism by definition is the love of money. Christian or not, I think we can all agree that the love of money is inherently evil.
I personally believe that Jesse's economical philosophy is the fool proof way to go. My point is don't act all surprised and victimized when your elected officials and other financial leaders screw you over. Those who seek power are rarely worthy to wield it. Your the exception Jesse

It could well be, they're wonderful businessmen, and we do live in a corporate country now. I guess the only thing I could say about it is: always remember the definition of fascism -- it's when corporations control the government. It's up to all of you out there to be that judge: are we truly the United States of America? Or are we the Fascist States of America, as I've said?
