Attention. Can you here me now?

I have been a lurker here for a long time, I joined ATS in 2005. I have a sort of problem, I guess you would call it lack of credentials, and a lack knowledge of people in the right professions. A bit of background, I have listened to the radio talk about possible alien sightings, disappearances of people in parks, and lights being seen with night vision goggles every night. Raining frogs, fish? People in broad daylight disappearing. I could go on and on but I think I might have a hypothesis on the cause of at least some of the mysteries we are presented with on a daily basis. I believe there is a creature, an animal, that floats on the air waves like a bird but it is more like a jellyfish. I think it is invisible to the naked eye, not in our range of vision. I think it emits light in the dark just like a jellyfish. I think they live in the clouds mainly and they are extremely fragile. That's the background. My problem is I have absolutely no way of ever investigating this, none. So ATS how would I get the idea out there so that someone who could investigate would? Write a scary novel about it? Write letters to scientists? Post the idea all over blogs or on youtube? Tweet it? Meditate on it? It seems that a lot of our scientific discoveries were in the imaginations of writers before scientists took off with it turning it into amazing reality. What is the best way broadcast the idea? Moderators feel free to change forums if I posted in the wrong one.

Are you suggesting an invisible, lighter than air, creature.

is snatching people?

would this creature adhere to current understood laws of physics and biology?

i am trying to entertain this thought, its difficult though as logic overrides the basic premise and leaves only paranormal or science fiction like concepts of extra dimensional attributes to entertain for very long.

a reply to: lost in space Seems it might be a dangerous place for them to live in the clouds .I mean like there are a lot of planes that go through them and then there is the lightning .Create a blog cartoon and write weekly episodes . You are going to have to come up with a name for these things ....peace

I have seen luminous phenomenon that seemed more like living beings than craft.

I think I am suggesting a creature that rides the air currents like a ballon. The normal laws would apply although I am not sure we know all of them, a few years ago an animal that could live at a methane thermal vent was impossible. a reply to: mrmeeseeks

I really believe they were there before we were flying about and destroying them. Maybe they feed off of electrical energy or clear out of harms way like a lot of earthbound animals do when there is danger near.a reply to: the2ofusr1

I dont believe it is snatching people I think there are instances when we come in contact and we lose. I think they are a basic animal, think jelly fish, Who knows how big it could get without the same constraints we have, riding on air currents in the high atmosphere. It makes more sense to me than UFO's appearing above a ranch every night responding to someone waving a flashlight. a reply to: mrmeeseeks

Most such sightings are misidentified ordinary objects or phenomenon. A small percentage may be legit, but most radio cases I've heard are far in the nutcase category.

Most likely runaways and murders.

Check into rods. Google it. Personally, I think they are just seeing insects flying by, but there is still an ongoing amount of investigation into it.

There are some great articles on this, on how storms pick them up and redistribute them elsewhere.

Kind of a leap, don't you think? I think you will find some of what you are looking for if you research the "rods" phenomenon though. (or as I call it, insects flying by... )
