Make government of the many by the few, totally illegal in all its forms, and install a distributed system of responsibility, so that all persons have to vote on all issues, as well as working a day job. It might be harder, but at least you could trust the results to be a fair representation of the needs and values of the people.

Artificial intelligence is certainly the operative word here.....

I certainly doubt if the proletariat will have access to any of the "new fangled" tech. Instead of using it against the powers that be; more than likely it will be used againt US!!

1. Abolish the Federal Reserve Bank and outlaw all fiat currency.

2. Create a division of the Justice Department with the sole function of prosecuting crimes committed by government officials and law enforcement officers. Prosecutors in this division should be comprised of people that learned law while incarcerated (jail-house lawyers). That should insure that unlawful acts committed by government and LEOs are vigorously prosecuted.

3. Make it a requirement that the budget for education must be at least 150% of the military budget unless the country is at war.

4. During times of war, all government employees not in the military will have their pay reduced to match that of an E-1. Someone sitting at a desk shouldn't be making more than someone risking their life for their country. This should apply to everyone from the President, Congressmen, Supreme Court Justices, and on down.

5. Also during times of war, any company supplying the US Military is not allowed to make more than a 5% profit. People are sacrificing their children, companies can sacrifice their profits.

Do away with the federal government for 4 years and see how it works out.

This is what they fear. It would be a huge success and would emphasize the lack of need for federal government.

Huh? No. Follow the law as it is written. That will fix the system, inside out. Start with Article 6, and work upwards (treaties) and Consititutional law, downwards.

Vote in meaningful people, for local posititons like sheriffs, district attorneys, and judges. Like ones who will follow the law.

You assume AI would be beneviolent. Remember the background to Logan's Run, and carosel? Do not be so quick to turn AI into the word of God. AI does not absolve humanity of decision making.

laws are too complex and can be exploited by those in the know.

i prefer a city state system, where small independent nodes use direct democratic principles to govern themselves, while sharing or trading excess resources.

we don't need bigger or more authoritarians systems, we need less government and more community.

an entire country cannot deal with issues like hunger and homelessness, to them its all statistics, but a small local community that is empowered with its own power generation, and food structures, job management.. this society can actually change the world

Who would want to take back the government. It's over 16 trillion in debt. That would be a hell of a way to start out.

Think rationally about this. This is not your Government, this is not our Government, this Government was instated long before anyone alive was born. So what's to take back? What you're saying is you want to overthrow an institution that you feel is at fault for your suffering. But is it really? Or were you simply relying on an entity that you ignorantly believed had your best interest in mind?

The answer isn't taking back something that was never yours, the answer is to stop placing YOUR power, YOUR needs into someone elses hands.

Find a way to take care of yourself and you'll have successfully defeated the Government.

The only way to take back the government is with tens of millions of militias with arrest warrants in hand and the constitution in the other. And having the military lead anything would be a nightmare.
