You must be kidding, do your research. That article is evidence. In Project Paper Clip, the American Nazi's were said to create "unusual microwave weapons".

It's evidence of lasers. Quite the jump to "thus apocryphal microwave mind control".

Not at all.. Masers are microwave and work the same exact way as lasers by exciting or stimulated emission IE; "microwave amplification stimulated emission of radiation"

They were experimenting with many frequencies way back when, before the LASER was even made. There were in fact MASER's before the LASER.
Mind control, ahhh... that would take some guts to try and make outside of defense spending labs, but some electronics engineer and a tech or two could maybe do it.. hard to say.. Like 8-14hz I am thinking it would have a very visible effect on people really quick.

No offense to the OP, but why would they be picking on you when there are much Better fish to fry? If you knew too much they would have killed you by much More direct means. I know this is a conspiracy site, but you've given no evidence to back it up.
