strange looking site in Turkey

I was having a look around on Google Earth and seen this strange looking area.

It is situated between Harman
And Guzeltepe

It seems very out of place compared to the surrounding area.

co ordinates are 38.46'15.21" N - 41.25'29.22" E.

Pretty clean and modern looking complex. Maybe a University? Can you street level it?

Yeah can ground level it but it doesnt give much away.

The 'crosses' and shapes look out of place I think

Looks like its still under construction. Look at the top right most building. then look at the dirt roads around the edges.

Wonder what it is. The roundabout in the center really makes me wonder. Whats the purpose for a road structure like that.

a roundabout is to assiste the heavy flow of traffic through intersections.
ist wide and so is the entrance exit, which is why I thought of trucking hub

the buildings remind me of chicken sheds.
or maybe hothouses with temp/climate control blocks attached

I could see a chicken farm, but why the steel gates at the main entrance on the left. The upper right dirt road has a wall across it, or its some tunnel or drainage network being installed. Plus there is construction all over the place.

I was thinking chicken drone research center myself.

But really, i have no idea, could be anything. Maybe a data center?

how old are google earth images I wonder.
