The bulge was his colostomy bag. The cop ripped it out of him anyway. When confronted by the man's mother about his condition, the cop's explanation was "I ain't a doctor".

Don't wanna sound like a know it all type, but there's already a thread on this attack mate.

Shocking state of affairs in the USA.

At least they didn't beat him to death..i s'pose it could be argued they are getting a little softer.
