I don't know why but I'm kinda offended about the topic "Satan songs", Hellmutt suddenly just sounds so ignorant to me. Comon, do you know nuts about Mayhem, Children of Bodom, Slayer, or even some other genre like trip hop has satanic messages? insult. Insult.

I know Mayhem (and their story), I�m from Norway myself. Slayer is in my collection. And as you can see at my Mood-status, I might not be so ignorant every day... Sometimes I�m serious, sometimes I�m not so serious. I�m not one of those who burn churches. And I�m not really religious, so I�m not going against "my faith" or anything. And I assume that those who click into a topic called "Satan Songs" are over 18 or sinners already...

I got hold of some Aleister Crowley speeches, made on a wax cylinder circa 1920. Believe me, that man was really crazy.

In my younger days, King Diamond was the guy for that. He was an ex soccer player turned hard rock god. Sort of a mix between Iron Maiden, Judas priest and a bag of gravel. Good Stuff!

Ah, King Diamond. I used to listen to Mercyful Fate, but only the guitars. The King Diamond filter was very welcome when it arrived. The one which filters out King Diamonds voice and leave the music relatively untouched. Awsome guitar solos. I heard that King Diamond used to sing in a church�s choir when he was a little boy, and then he turned evil and became a satanist. He�s from Denmark. They swear alot in Denmark. Everywhere. On the radio and TV, even on the children�s programs. They say stuff that would shut down radio/TV stations in Norway immediately.

Yeah, I never could stand his voice either He managed to put together an excellent band though. Same with Judas Priest and Iron Maiden. To damn screechy for me.
