He has every member of his family including in-laws in multiple corporations. The land title deeds read like ancestry. com for the Reid family. A lot of the legal paperworks filed, are filed on the same dates. When I started cross referencing the officers of the companies...it reads like a cheap tawdry insectuous dime store paperback.

He's got a boat load of land locked up in private corporations. He must think he's the God of Nevada.

If the government has such a lock-solid case, if the folks at the ranch and supporters are nothing but domestic terrorists, then what is wrong with just reporting the truth, the facts?

Why hasn't the media stated, unequivocally, that Bundy is guilty and laid out the facts?

Because they can't - Bundy isn't "guilty" until convicted.

Until then he's just a selfish a-hole.

The Reid consortium also uses "agents" that agree to *own* whatever they are hiding.

The paperwork like "Beneficial Interest" and internal Corporate & Partnership "agreements" are not required to be in a public registry. Some Land Trusts in Nevada are also legally "off the public books" as far as "who" actually owns anything.

Remember that Reid is a lawyer and has worked for law firms in the Las Vegas area that handle such arrangements.

He is one slippery salamander and he bites like a Gila Monster.

It's amazing how many of his cohorts, started in the Casino industry. A good portion of them have bled over into the political arena. I'd love to have the time to cross reference all the bills either Reid or his close business ties, have presented for Nevada, then cross reference all the lobbyists involved in them all, plus the campaign donations. He owns some Judges, that's for sure. The same Judge that Bundy has been in front of 3 times, is one of them.

Anyone who thinks Reid is not a powerful political figure, is sadly misinformed. He is a voracious megalomaniac, he gets what he wants.

I think this is government psywar tactics.....there will be more of it....
If it doesn't happen...the public will get the impression its the Bundy side being dramatic maybe...it sucks the energy of the resistors to be running around avoiding drones that wont come...
The level of the government psywar is far deeper than many understand....they have all the cards....virtually all of them....

What are your thoughts on the *possibility* of someone in the position to do so, taking enough stupid pills to order a drone strike on Bundy's ranch.

The civilian version of the Predator 1-B is not armed and can't be. It is a recon and intimidation weapon.

The CIA version, MQ-1 Predator, is armed with a new smaller hellcat warhead.

The MQ-9 Reaper can unload tactical Nuclear weapons. That is the one the Attorney General keeps in his back yard.

I have no idea if the original "rumor" of a drone strike had a shred of authenticity, or if it was purposefully leaked by some government figure, but it has apparently wreaked havoc among the militia at the ranch.
(I'm not familiar with this source...so obligatory grain of salt)

The situation at the Bundy ranch, where armed militiamen and “Patriots” are camped out, has deteriorated so badly that competing factions apparently drew weapons on one another during heated arguments.

We wrote on Wednesday about how tensions flared when a paranoid rumor of an imminent drone strike on the encampment began circulating. The team that primarily circulated the drone-strike rumor – Stewart Rhodes’ Oath Keepers – also began advising people to pull out, which sparked the wrath of militiamen.

Those militiamen voted to oust the Oath Keepers, and a couple even spoke of shooting Rhodes and his men in the back, which they deemed the proper battlefield treatment of “deserters”.
