Using the information that is already on government databases it is possuble to remove some decisions making from out currupt politicians. It is possible to rate all the disadvantagous charectericistics of every indivbidual and the type: then utilising a weighting for the dsiadvantages for everyperson it would be posssible not just to make sure anyone that needs help would get it, but that they got the correct type. But more that people could be helped in the correct order. As things are now most of the time any time the government tries to help a group of people, they end up further disadvantaging many people of a more disadvantaged group. But with software to rate people we could remove this. The reason this does not occur is because then politicians would not be able to help certain groups simply to get elected: but would instead be helping people fairly.

The same approach could also be utilised for allocation of funds or benefits to individuals. In the same way education could be fine tuned to individuals, but seeing with their results etc where they need to know more, and also to help them advance where they require harder work: this would be done by utilising computers to learn people to a much greater extent.

Also decisions about use of energy could be allocated by where the much energy would be needed and not by who can offord it. Effectively we could and should automate out as much decisions from politicians as we can. Politicians are a dishonest, group that favour social classes above others, frequently rely upon donations from interested parties..... Why not automate them out of the chain, and instead rely on accountability for the software and paremeters: after all computers are utilised for many thinga automatically anyway, so why not use them more fully.

We wouldn't be able to afford the yearly upgrades for the antivirus software to protect this system. Eventually, the system would grind to a halt because of malicious influences, obsolete componets, and too much porn.

In other words, it would be just like our current Congress, and my current computer.

The computer would be seperate from others: a clean room. Also the com puter power already exists and the whole thing could be done on a normal PC. The calculation using peoples disadvantages would simply me matrice multiplication. There would be a lot of calculations but not outside of the realm of the PC.

I have thought about the idea of a "Robocracy " before as well. But I just don't know, don't you think it would be too easy to program or hack in a predetermined outcome or goal? Plus the people would never go for it, until after "the singularity" that is.
