No about all this paper work being in one room. Which you yourself have posted proof it was only pay papers for the Armys headquaters staff at the Pentagon. The put that in plain civilian english, every unit has a pay office. It is where you for pay problems, taking care TDY, combat and other types of pay. The office that was wrecked is where the Army personel who worked in the Pentagon itself would go. Paper records were no doubt destroyed, however they are also on computers and can be reprinted if needed.

ya ok i get it : every thing is decentralized & the administrative section of pentagone is there to administrate pentagone, no more no less certainly not to keep the accounts of what the pentagone decide, organize, contract, order, corrupt etc
