An interesting new camera for UFO Hunters?

To really look for UFOs you need 1000s of remote cameras that record motion scanning the sky day and night.

These cameras would also be used as a sky watch for tracking meteorites.

Such a system of automated telescopes already exists, though, it does need significant increases in numbers for it to be truly effective. This is because a simple camera is actually not adequate at all. To be more useful you need better optics and higher dynamic range CCDs that observe mono rather than splitting up the CCD to do different colours.
