Social Security, Treasury target taxpayers for their parents’ decades-old debts

I really don't understand how it's legal to transfer a debt incurred to next of kin at all. Then again I don't understand how a majority of our laws are legal. Or at least somehow deemed legal by society who just endures it.

I don't think it it legal.

This is total desperation, as well as against the common law of the people....debt dies with the debtor!

But the IRS will take a , I think it's as high as 55% of any inheritance that you receive. Even if it's not monetary. Families are losing their farms and livelihood over these onerousness tax burdens.

Oh yes and this is looking after the happiness and prosperity of a nation. It is worse than anything King George did to the colonies or had in mind to do. Just this one bullcrap inheritance tax.

There should be ZERO tax on inheritance. This is a sad mark of oppression on our nation.
