As for your OP, holy freakin cow! I've seen dolphins in the lineup, sea lions and seals too.

But baby humpbacks off the north shore of Oahu! How sick. And in some Heavy looking waves!

I thought only dolphins had that awareness. Apparently Whales are the big wave riders....
