Forced to pay own father child support. DNA says guy doesn't have kids.

Mother wanted the child in her life from the beginning. The "grandfather" tricked everyone to get the kid then refused to give the child back

Then why was this guy raising the kid as he said alone for two years?

Time line:
Non bio dad takes care of child till +\- 2 years old.
Mom admits to non bio that child is not his to attack him for having the child (like women do)
Non bio dad does IMMEDIATE DNA comes back -100%
Non bio dad weighs options and decides child belongs with bio family
Bio mom hits rough spot asks for help from "grandfather"
Grandfather takes child for one month and tells parents he needs passport and needs temporary guardianship for such papers.
Non bio and mom agree to very temporary guardianship for passport (1-2 months)
Grandfather never gets passport and goes straight to public assistance and child support from everyone
Non bio dad takes it all to court. (Give back child to mom, take name off birth certificate, give mothers last name)
Grandfather denies visits with everyone involved and keeps child to himself.
Non bio dad does everything to reunite child and bio family
Judge denies everything and orders support to grandfather after the judge admitted all children belong with their parents unless other wise specified. No evidence of any misconduct is brought by grandfather. Grandfather get paid to keep child from bio family.
Non bio dad brings up grandfather denying visits and contact with all other parties. Judge ignores it and continues to allow grandfather" to alienate child from ALL OTHER FAMILY bio or not. "Grandfather" denies "grandmother" visits

Sounds like a unique case. I am glad the guys Father was caring enough to take this unwanted child since the Mother was "unfit'.

How shameful that the "Father" felt love and cared for the child and in his own words "bonded" with the child, that he would deny that bond simply because he turned out not to be the biological Father.

What is bothering him is, because grandpa had to take on the responsibility that he is asking support from his son. Sad.

The shame is that the court system actually goes beyond its rights and has someone paying for a child that is not theirs.

The horrendous crime, unbelievable harm, karma and violation of trust, is a father doing this to his own flesh and blood child. it would be akin to being raped by your own father.

This one goes far over the precedents that law is allowed with people and its so disgusting abuse of a real parent and child relationship.

so much harm to a soul caused by so much betrayal and bitterness.

This is completely the wrong precedence to set.

Yes that is one of the key points. What was the courts trying to prove doing this. It's not the precedent that needed to be set. The judge looked past all the long term damage to all parties and went straight to the easy money and pass the problem on to the victims to sort out on their own. There were so many ways out but the greed was blinding.

New update. Nevada CSEA has stopped the order but is sending it to Florida to try to get them to enforce it.
