Just wondering if their is anyway to implement a notification message For using someones name or their quote in other threads?

Example : say i created a thread ,but i wanted to use data from somone els thread , so i copy and paste their info (name,text,posts,threads) that person would
Be Notified much like if somone replys to a thread or post..


is this possible?
