Nancy Pelosi's Astounding 500 Million Jobs A Month

I never knew anything about this till long after the fact. Does any one remember Nancy saying this at the time?

Nancy got all dramatic declaring that action must be taken to stop the loss of 500,000,000 jobs a month being lost.

Is she just plain stupid or was she trying to scare the sheep into ensuring that she stays elected?

I'm not sure if this violates T&C, but I think that she's just plain stupid in general. I think that any value she has is as a puppet that allows itself to be led around by, The Naughty.

She made the same mistake several times, actually. Clearly there was some neurons in her brain not transferring half a million to 500,000, (the real number) when she saw it on the prompter. It happens.

Has someone mentioned to her that we have a population about 200 million short of her job figure...and our work force is considerably lower than that?

500 million jobs for any period of time is a trick for change in this country. Whew... Now China or India maybe? That math at least runs above negative numbers.

Politicians misspeak on a regular basis. This is no different.

I'm not a fan, but really, this is a non story. An old non-story.

Most politicians who are in office well over retirement age (Pelosi is 74) tend to get paranoid and senile. John McCain (77) is another perfect example. They shouldn't allow representatives to serve past retirement age. They need to round up all these old career politicians, money sucking, war mongering and power hungry representatives, and send them home so we never have to hear their incompetent delusional rantings ever again.

Seriously, that woman needs neuropsych testing.

I'd be willing to bet good money she's taking Ambien every night with a side order of incipient Alzheimer's.

There should be a two term limit after that get another job because the career politicians need to stop. They do even more damage than the people stupid enough to vote for them. America would also save a lot of money if the lifetime pay checks and medical care stopped also.

I agree! I have said all along she is on some kind of medication, and should be drug tested....you can see it in her eyes, they are always glazed over as if some medication ( or hangover) is wreaking havoc on her....or maybe she's just nuts!

In my very honest opinion? I agree with you. She's not alone and it's not to one side or the other. It's too many who have decided they will go like Thurmond if they can manage, and who cares if they get fuzzy on the thinking, years before actually having nature run out on them.

Term Limits. It's the only treatment for the sick patient, IMO.
