Multiple UFO's appearing from nowhere on ISS live stream footage from March 10th

I don't usually post in this forum but this video has caught my interest. I'd like to see what explanations you guys can come up with regarding this footage which is supposedly from March 10th. It also looks to be from an official ISS live stream feed.

The lights seem to appear from nowhere and there's a huge number of them, what do you think

Sweet ,so that's what the earth looks like ,lit up at night! I wonder what country that is ;-)

It does make sense that this is footage from the ISS looking down at Earth but I didn't know it looked so dark from up there.

It's amazing how beautiful something so mundane and every day can be when taken completely out of context. I wouldn't be surprised if someone had just flushed the ole space toilet! Diet Coke, embassador to the Stars! I believe one of the Astronauts on Apollo 13 refered to it as the "Constellation Urion" !

It depends on what side of the earth they are on , also the video quality is not the greatest. Looks like the video it's self is projecting a dark image

To be fair,it took a lot longer for people to figure it out the first time this was posted.

Yeah that definitely looks like the earth at night and not some sort of spacecraft.

Uhm I think the video is referring to the 2 white dots that appear to be in static (in motion with the ISS?) NOT the earth lights below. GOsh can people really be this silly...

Less than impressive. Looks rather faked. All the lights remain in perfect unison like they are stationary. I agree probably on earth or really bad CG. Sorry.
