Sleep paralysis - anyone here experienced it?

It happened to me one time. I had just got home from work and it was still daytime maybe around 1300, and I woke up around 1500 I'm not sure. I woke up and couldn't move no matter how hard I tried, and my ears were ringing really bad, like ear splitting and I tried to scream for anybody I was even trying to yell my dogs name because she was the only thing home with me. It lasted maybe 30 seconds. It was honestly terrifying and while it was happening all I could think about was demons or being possessed.

probably 1 time in collage.

feaky as hell.

didn't know if i was awake or asleep.

couldn't get up but i did. then it started all over again.
