You're damn right I'm more entitled than some backwards Arab from God knows where.

At one time Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and many areas affected (destabilized, destroyed) by the Western war on terror had flourishing societies, with highly educated people. Seems you are the backward one as they have skills desired by Britain and you don't. In what way does it make sense to ride your ancestors coat tails when you have nothing to offer vs an Iraqi with a medical degree that's applicable now? And exactly how deserving are you of asylum when you're running away from politeness vs someone running away from Al-Qaeda or the Taliban?

i will agree with you on that my friend in the u.k wanted to come to the states for a wedding but because he had been in a spot of bother when he was younger he has to go thru a whole process costing hundreds of dollars and may still be turned around at the airport which will cost another 900$ and that is just for a 1 week vacation .
