Simpsons creator Matt Groening has revealed he is a big fan of BBC comedy Little Britain and would love to work with the show's stars.
Groening is planning to get Matt Lucas - famed for his brooding PVC-clad gay Welsh character Daffyd - and co-star David Walliams on board for an episode of The Simpsons.
"It would be great fun to get them on The Simpsons," he said.
Groening has already shown how much of a fan he is of British comedy after inviting The Office star Ricky Gervais to write an episode of The Simpsons.
David Walliams, who plays rubbish transvestite Emily Howard and camp prime ministerial aide Sebastian Love, said he was "extremely excited".
