How to open a tin can like a boss

There are quite a few ways to open a tin can using different tools, like a knife, a drill, a dremmel and so on, but I've never seen it be done with bare hands, or as in this Russian video-- with Bear hands. All you need is a flat piece of concrete and a firm grip. After seeing the video how it's done, wearing a pair of artisan's gloves might be a good idea, because of the sharp edges. If anyone knows of other techniques, feel free to add to the thread. Anyway, here it is:

Was a bit concerned when i saw the edit on the first can and thought to myself "I wonder how long that took?"

Second time around its was just a few seconds of abrasion and off she popped RESULT!

Off to feed the cat right now...... on the back step of my house lol

awesome. I've read many survival guides and military handbooks and have never seen or heard of this trick. I've spent ages talking to many different people and this has never came up. tanks for sharing. very pertinent piece of info IMO
