snowden leaked it, it was going to be the new NSA logo, they've got a sense of humor like that... joking obviously, although it would be funny if Google used it on there home screen, like they do with different random Google ones, but if they used this they next time they were 'protesting' against government intrusion/surveillance, that would be quite funny..
