We live with:

A rogue IRS, targeting groups based on political affiliation.
A rogue EPA, killing jobs, kicking people off of their property, and hitting them with so many fines they will never recover... over NOTHING
A rogue ATF, Fast n Furious, enough said.
A rogue president, "I've got a phone and I've got a pen".

Nothing is right anymore, nothing is without some sort of backdoor deal or scandal, nothing is for the people anymore.

Well MrSpad, If you sat down and really took the time to learn our history you would notice that when # got bad, It took serious action to swing the pendulum in the other direction.


British influence>American revolution
Slavery>civil war
Discrimination>civil rights movement
Cold War> A cold hard pres
Corruption like never before seen is US history>? (guess what kiddo)

Edit: People are waking up to it, it's not behind the scenes and out of sight anymore! Attacks are being brought against our constitution like never before... The gun ban situation in CT is a great example (that's a blue state in case you didn't know), they are sticking it to the man! The US is a powder keg ready to blow, the scandals and lies have been packed too tight, the pressure is building, is gonna happen. Maybe not on the 16th, but it's cocked locked and ready to rock. A big change is coming (my guess is Nov)

Americans gave up a long time ago and sold freedom for cheap.

As long as War is "Over There" it's ok. Even when most know the Wars are on their behalf and kill millions in their name.

Excuse me while I tune into the latest reality show..."Ukrainians Unaware America is Pulling Their Strings". It is quite interesting but ultimately always has the same ending.

Ironically, America will be the last to stand to their oppressors but claim to be the bravest Nation on the Globe.

No, I dont believe thats the way. Americans or any people anywhere still have courage to stand up, but to awake it, thats another story.

For now, lets let the giant sheep sleeping and being couch potato, it will wake up by itself and by then, the event should work as planned.

If you wake it up now, you'll just be disappointed and achieve almost nothing - like Occupy Wallstreet (as I predicted). But the barn will be affected so much that there will be penalty to USA. And with debt so high, it will be a harsh one. Expect to remove United from the name.

So I think that this would only be successful if a unit of armed people march as well.

What are they going to do? Honestly?

Without any kind of threat or nervousness to the regime, why would TPTB have to listen to anything and what is stopping them from simply pushing them away or arresting them like they did the pipeline protestors.

Bah, people are never going to grow a set. If people want to join me, I will lead the armed supplement of this march. Who is with me?

I don't see why these people don't protest the very culture these crooks are allowed to flourish in. I mean who is it that is demanding the supply? Who voted these people into power? Who willingly removes their money from their pocket and puts it into the coffers of these crooks? Who is this system built to support?

I think its time to march against the people, and place blame on where it's rightfully due.

Seeing as this is supposedly to happen in the next week, I thought I'd add whatever info I could find.

With the sheer defeatism of 90% of the posters too apathetic and acquiescent to do anything but say it will fail. It isn't looking promising. But I sure as hell know demanding the resignation of all congressman, senators and judges who have presided or assisted with enforcing the patriot act and assisting in the implementation of agenda 21 is a start in the right direction. Arresting all federal reserve, world bank, and imf banking executives would be icing on the cake too.

If you knew our history you would know that corruption is not anywhere near being like never seen before, unless you mean it is the least. You might be able to make that claim.

And what is this Cold War>A cold hard pres nonsense. What ended the cold war was 50 years of a failed economic policy in the USSR. Not the spying on American Citizens at a level that makes the NSA today look like they respect privacy, not the foced in the addition of God into everything to counter the godless communist, not the fact you could be hauled in and blackballed for just knowing somebody who dared to question the governement, not the propping up of anti communist dictators around the world etc.

And as for gun laws? We have more gun rights now than at anytime in our history. Just as we have more rights in general. This foolish notion that people are taking rights away shows a complete and total lack of knowledge of American history.

You can toss around this gibberish about big change etc. but, the simple fact is nobody is going to turn over what they have now for chaos. Even when the US had real scandals and at times was a real powder keg people nothing happened beyond protests. Today life is so good and so easy people do not even bother to do that much. They may sit around and complain on the internet but, to go out and even vote is to much effort.

How about instead of these grand fatasies that everybody is suddenly going to join lockstep in agreement with your political goals and take over the country, you try just doing something for your local community. Can you provide evidence of "more rights" including gun rights?

I don't disagree with most of what you said, especially trading chaos for current situation. Chaos will be forced upon us when the elite want/need it. Americans by and large are too lazy. They want "real" change, but they don't know how to achieve it and they are scared of what it might mean (chaos, comforts, etc.).

But I'd like to see evidence of us having more rights, including gun rights.

Not even close! Americans are pissed off for a lot of reasons. Both sides are just as bad. Toss them all out and start over just as long as the first law states that all lobbies are banned and anyone caught taking money from one will be hung in front of the capital building.

I can only pray these evil crooks are tossed out.

Well, apparently so far the Revolution appears to have been buried in tumbleweed. Very, very, pitiful turnout.

just a bunch a cranky Obama haters...what like 50 or 60 people came out?.....now, how about another rally to oust all the flaming right-wingers out of congress, how many would you get to come to that....i'm going to go out on a limb, and say "a hell of a lot more than this pitiful turnout"

that's because the vast majority of Americans think that it is nuts. just look at some of those placards and signs they were holding up...people care about getting a raise, getting a job, stop the government from servicing the wealthy like some Nevada whore, while at the same time they are telling the middle and lower class to work harder, longer, for less pay and benefits, and if you don't like it tough shheat!
