You act like people can track 100ish foot objects that are 100,000s of miles from the earth.. easily from their backyard in space......

Next time you have a pair of binoculars, try to pick a bird 1 mile away and track him all day every day. Now make that bird a pea and back out 100 miles... when you finally get that make that pea a grain of sand then look from 1000 miles with the same binoculars... I bet you and everyone else wouldn't be able to track anything farther than low earth orbit at even 100m size with some of the best telescopes privately owned.
