Money for forwarding message for Microsoft and AOL????

I got this email from my neighbor and to tell you the truth, it made me a little worried about being tracked. Has anyone else recieved this and did anyone read about it in USA Today??

Amazing... always some scam. I guess people have nothing better
to do than to think up scams.

It's always a good idea to check those emails that have been forwarded a zillion times with a good hoax-debunking site. The one that everyone uses is Snopes: www.snopes.com...

Next time you get one of those, check it out, find the link that says it's a hoax, and email the person back. Educate them and oon we'll have a bunch of folks stopping Stupid Email.

I hate that letter, I went on a one man mission about 4 months ago, and replied to all recipients pointing out that stupid name Pearlas Sanborn. I had written it is hardly a name one can forget, and I remember getting this crap no less than 10 times over the last 3 years. I told them all to stay away from it.

I'm so glad I'm on this website, finally the crap gets brought here, and we can all point it out for others benefit.

I never knew about the 'snopes' website as I can't remember the last time I even received one of these "chain letters". I remember a snail mail letter that claimed that if you sent 1$ to 6 of the people on the list, and they sent it back to you and sent out the letter to 6 other people....Something like that, I never believed it.

So there's no way that Micro$oft can track these emails??

I get those all the time from totally flipped out naive friends.
