Deadly Pile-up Closes I-25 in Denver, CO

Police say the I-25 accident was actually two separate accidents between University Boulevard and Broadway and also Downing. At first there were reports of only 60 vehicles being involved but those numbers grew until they reached 104 cars. Officials say they received at least 30 patients from the I-25 accident although only one death has been confirmed so far. No names have been released. Paramedics also stayed at the scene of the accident in order to make sure everyone kept warm while the I-25 accident site was clear.

An accident on I-25 in Denver, Colorado involving a 104 car pileup has claimed one life and has injured 20 other drivers.
This was a massive wreck! The multiple-car crash was first reported by Denver Police around 10:50 a.m. Saturday.
The road was closed for five hours while the area was cleaned up.
The Denver Police Department is estimating 60 vehicles were involved.
