"international Community" includes countries other than the west as well.. India and China has openly backed Russia

Wrong. India and China have done no such thing. Please link to an Indian or Chinese source that can verify your statement.

You are right. Russia is backed into a corner. USA/NATO/EU whatever brand name they go by has taken the piss with Russia time and time again. I've come to hate our foreign policy in regard to Russia post 1991 when we had such a chance to bring Russia in as an equal, tell the truth I hope they bite back hard and teach a lesson

Actually, the US went out of its way not to interfere with Russia as the Soviet Union collapsed. It has welcomed it into the G8 and co-operated with it along many fronts, including militarily. In his egotistical bid to make himself a player on the world stage, Putin has backed one failing dictatorship after another. The last thing any self respecting tyrant would want is Vladimir Putin in his corner.

“We hope that whatever internal issues there are within Ukraine are settled peacefully, and the broader issues of reconciling various interests involved, and there are legitimate Russian and other interests involved…. We hope those are discussed, negotiated and that there is a satisfactory resolution to them.”

Your own source.

In other words, Russia is not the only party with legitimate interests. This is not taking Russia's side.

Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Qin Gang said: "China has always upheld the principles of diplomacy and the fundamental norms of international relations.

"At the same time we also take into consideration the history and the current complexities of the Ukrainian issue."

news.sky.com...

How do you construe that to be endorsement of Russia's actions?

Asking for a peaceful diplomatic solution is the standard verbal code when it comes to international diplomacy, no country will say "Wipe them OUT" .... Note that India also claimed that a solution be given which is acceptable to all sections of the society which also includes the pro Russian population which is conveniently ignored by the western press and diplomats ..

Other than that India has said Russia has "legitimate interests" in Ukraine and China and Russia being in agreement over the Ukrainian issue is an endorsement of what ever Russia is doing...

NATO screwed over the remnants of the USSR and the Warsaw Pact. Imagine the Russians making Canada a memeber of the Warsaw Pact, then using Canada as a base for placing Migs..... Think about it

What part of "peaceful" do you not understand? Sinking ships to blockade a harbor is not peaceful. China and India will soon condemn Russia. In the meantime, they are spouting ambiguity.

Now you are going to end up seeing China and Russia trade ties soar..

China would love to have all the natural resources and Oil from Russia . That would help China get a secure land pipeline route for the oil instead of the sea route which can be easily blocked by NATO in case of a conflict ..

G-7 Warns Russia Of "Grave Consequences" If Crimea Annexed

Those are exactly Obama's words when he made his first statement about Crimea.
So puppets are only copy-pasting.

*G-7 CALLS ON RUSSIA TO 'DE-ESCALATE THE CONFLICT IN CRIMEA'

Maybe I'm blind, but I'm not seeing any conflict there, only conflict is in the sick minds of EU-US officials.

*RUSSIA ANNEXATION OF CRIMEA WOULD VIOLATE UN CHARTER: G-7

Russia wont annex anything. It's the people of Crimea that wants unification with Russia.

*G-7 CALLS ON RUSSIA TO HALT SUPPORT FOR CRIMEA REFERENDUM

How can "most democratic states" to call halt for referendum which is the most democratic principle. Hypocrisy much?

*G-7 SAYS WILL NOT RECOGNIZE RESULT OF CRIMEA REFERENDUM

Masks felt. Their true face has been revealed.

You do realize they voted before on this same issue and rejected Russia and became part of ukraine difference is this time its at gunpoint, This is why Russia won't allow UN observers into the country because there is no vote its a farce. He did the same thing in georgia used force to keep their land its nothing new for him. But hes also willing to kill women and children with missile launches into civilian areas to intimidate them to shut up.By the way to its in no way going to be democratic there already trying to intimidate Ukrainians and Tatars in Crimea making sure they won't vote. There arresting reporters beating them up this is no different than the tactics used in germany. You scare people you can control people. But Putin is creatind a nightmare alot of people are going to die in Crimea because this will go to guerrilla warfare.

Who voted what?

But hes also willing to kill women and children with missile launches into civilian areas to intimidate them to shut up.

This was false flag no matter what you've heard about it.
Same thing happend in downtown Sarajevo when Muslims blasted market killing their own people just to provoke Nato bombing.

By the way to its in no way going to be democratic there already trying to intimidate Ukrainians and Tatars in Crimea making sure they won't vote.

Pics or it didn't happen?
There are no reports of Russians intimidate anyone. Period.

A senior Ukrainian security official warned the country faces the threat of a “full-scale” invasion by Russian troops and that Kiev could be overrun in a matter of hours.

What do you suppose will happen if the vote doesn't go the way Putin wants? Serious question. Will the Russians simply leave?

Listen mate, if you aren't accepting people's basic right to vote on their status and to express their free opinion than you are not different than any dictator on the power.

The issue here is not what Putin wants, it's Crimean people's concern.
If they vote to stay in Ukraine, I will be the first one to step in and say I respect that.
And it is my opinion that Russia will respect decision of Crimean people.
