Trump wrote the check out of his personal account from the White house. Now I don't claim to be a paralegal or anything, but it he paid the money to affect the election, woudln't he have had to do that before the election? So that is the large issue I see.

But is it a crime to use and NDA? no. Is it a crime to use and NDA to silence someone and compensate them? no. This is how NDA's work. So other than porking a whore who screws for a living, what is the unlerlying crime? Remember, it was paid out of a personal account, and paid well after the electoin was over. But even if it was some well planned scheme, to use an NDA to silence someone, and then Trump paid his lawyer for making that transaction happen, then categorized it as a legal expense, and somehow that's a crime, what should it have been categorized as? Paying your lawyer. What should the Gl entry have read?
