they have the system backing them up, and if your gonna play their game you got to follow their rules.

How do they have the system backing them up exactly? What are you talking about “play their game follow their rules” who comes up with these stupid rules that it had to go to court in the first place? It’s a straight forward pregnancy test FFS farmers have been doing that since farming began.

apparently it just wasn't ultra sounds they were being investigated for, and had been ordered to quit. the herr fella had been investigated for preforming GymerlSterner Toggle Suture Repair for( LDA) left displaced abomasum, on at six cows in 2007.
never responded to the cease and deist order or pay the 3500 dollar fine. he was sent numerous notices and kept on doing it. that sounds like he was given plenty of time to do what the state said and was cut plenty of slack.

the current investigation and it has some history for herr.

we have laws, rules, and regulations for a reason. without them people that have been wronged by jacklegs claiming they know how to do sh@@ would have no recourse short of beating the sh@@ out of them, killing them, or what ever they decided to do to to get satisfaction for their perceived or known wrong. that is Anarchy, do you want to live in that, where anybody can do what ever the hell they want?

don't like the laws, rules, regulations, get involved and petition to get them changed, or run for office and introduce bills to change them. who knows you might could get it done.

How about they don't break the law.

If you look at the court filings apparently it's not just about them doing ultrasounds.

This case came before the State Board of Veterinary Medicine ("Board") to determine
whether Rusty Herr ("Respondent") was subject to discipline by the Board for practicing
veterinary medicine when he was not licensed to do so. The matter commenced when the
Commonwealth filed an order to show cause on December 23, 2009, alleging that Respondent
violated the Veterinary Medicine Practice Act ("Act"), Act of December 27, 1974, P.L. 995, No.
326, as amended, 63 P.S. §§ 485.1 et seq., by performing a surgical operation, specifically what
is refered to as a Gymer/Stemer Toggle Suture Repair ofleft displaced abomasurn, on at least six
cows that Respondent did not own, and by performing ultrasound for the detection of pregnancy
on cows that Respondent did not own. Section 3(10) of the Act, 63 P.S. § 485.3(10), defines the
practice of veterinary medicine to include performing a surgical operation and the practice, by
any person who, diagnoses an animal's physical conditions by any mode. Section 28(c) of the
Act, 63 P.S. § 485.28(c), provides that an unlicensed person may be disciplined for practicing
veterinary medicine. Respondent was served with the order to show cause by certified mail on
December 24, 2007, as evidenced by the certificate of service attached to the order to show
cause.
Respondent did not file an answer to the order to show cause. On February 4. 2010, the
Commonwealth filed a motion to enter default and deem facts admitted. On March 23, 2010, the
Board issued an order granting the Commonwealth's motion. The Board deliberated the matter
and now issues this adjudication and order in final resolution of this matter.

Same thing in the states that now say you cant shoe a horse (farrier) unless you are a qualified Veterinarian.

So stupid.

They were never charged with any crime. This is unconstitutional. They are jailed for performing unlicensed pregnancy tests on their cows.
Pure insanity. Edit: meant ultrasound pregnancy testing. Typed too quickly. Before anyone says anything! Ultrasound is even less invasive.

This is purely going after farmers again, going after food security.

This is happening again and again.
They are not going after Bezos for miserable work conditions for his warehouse workers. No , they go after farmers, small farmers at that.
It's all BS, anyone should be able to see this.

That's what I call democracy!
