"mild cold-like symptoms" - does that somehow imply COVID all of a sudden? I'm sure she's had a few colds in the past and I wish her well and speedy recovery.

I'm not a doctor but I recommend a box of cleenex and a few days of antihistamines.

IIRC I've got a coin somewhere with her face on it she can use.
When the wife and I got the cold, she immediately drove us out to get tested- my test said I was infected, her test said she wasn't. I barely had a cold, she was down and out for a few days.

Sorry, all of this crazy in the world has made me snarky.
From what I'm seeing both, people who caught covid but then went and got the series of shots, or people who took the first shots and then got the booster. It's like there is too much of something not enough of another, but after all they are experimental and you know they didn't get the dosage right the first time, so these boosters are them adjusting and testing it on the general population...again and again.
